- Owners can login to their owner’s account and access real-time information, such as open and closed work orders, weekly leasing reports, and monthly financial reports.
- EIG employs the right people for the right jobs. By leveraging economies of scale, we accomplish an incredible amount of work with highly effective team employed by EIG Property Management.
- We have a small maintenance team that completes most maintenance tasks for a much lower rate than a third-party contractor. When we require a third-party contractor (i.e. plumbing, electrical, special project), the rate is considerably lower because we have negotiated special pricing for all properties in our portfolio. By employing a small maintenance staff, we can attract the best people and train them into a streamlined system for maximum efficiency.
