Application Next Steps

Thank you for filling out the online application, by this time you have submitted the following:

  • Copy you ID
  • Paid the Application Fee
  • Submitted 1 month’s worth of pay stubs

Now you will need to submit the Pre Lease Deposit using one of the methods below:

  • PayPal



  • Stop in to our office EIG Property Management
    • During business hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
  • Utilize our 24-hour drop box, fill out an envelop and drop it in the box
